Howdy
Designer. Printer. Marketer
Art and design has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I consider myself lucky to have made that passion a profession since 2000.

I spent 14 years in fast-paced, deadline driven newsrooms as a visual journalist for daily and weekly publications. Through this drive, I was nominated for and presented with local, national, and international design awards from Hoosier State Press Association, Association of Alternative Newsmedia, and Society of News Design.
Along the way, I turned a curious interest of screenprinted art into a sought after design and printing business.

In 2014 I left the print media world to put my love of preservation and historic movie palaces to work. Challenged with growing a small but mighty nonprofit to expand its presence outside of an existing fanbase, I became director of marketing for Franklin Heritage, Inc.
Within this nonprofit, I manage three social media pages, and create visuals and promotions for weekly, seasonal, and annual events.

While working full-time, I am able to take on freelance work including logo and branding design, publication design, and social media management.

When not working, I enjoy hiking/backpacking, biking, baseball, gardening, and learning about beekeeping.
